How we start

We begin with a small pilot — typically 2–3 sales — to make sure EZR fits your workflow. You operate the system, we provide guidance, and together we refine a process that becomes a repeatable advantage.

Independent contractor model: EZR Sales provides workflow tools and training. Contractors operate their own businesses, manage their own clients, collect their own payments, and remain responsible for all pricing, tax compliance, and sale decisions.
No-competition commitment: EZR Sales does not contact your clients, market to homeowners involved in your sales, or interfere with pricing or decisions. You remain the face of the sale — EZR supports your preparation process.
