By using EZR Sales, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
EZR Sales provides structured workflow automation tools designed for estate-sale professionals. The platform includes workbook templates, organizational systems, and AI-assisted draft generation features.
EZR Sales is software. It does not conduct estate sales, process buyer payments, act as a marketplace, or serve as retailer of record.
The platform provides automated functionality only and does not perform manual data processing services on behalf of users.
User Responsibilities
Users operate the platform directly. All inventory descriptions, categories, pricing, and sale materials generated by the system are drafts and must be reviewed, edited, and approved by the user before use.
You are solely responsible for:
- Pricing decisions and sale strategy
- Inventory accuracy and completeness
- Client relationships and buyer interactions
- Compliance with applicable tax laws
- All sale-day execution and business operations
Independent Contractor Status
Use of EZR Sales does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment, franchise, or fiduciary relationship. Users operate independent businesses and retain full control over their operations.
No Marketplace or Payment Processing
EZR Sales does not collect buyer payments, hold client funds, or facilitate retail transactions between contractors and customers. Contractors remain the retailer of record for all sales.
AI-Assisted Features
Certain features use automated AI-assisted tools to generate draft inventory descriptions and organizational suggestions based on user-provided materials. These outputs may contain errors and are provided for workflow assistance only. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all generated content.
System Access & Security
Access to EZR Sales tools may involve shared links, access keys, or permissions within third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access provided to you and for ensuring that contractors or collaborators use the system appropriately. Unauthorized access or misuse may result in suspension or termination.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe or other authorized providers. EZR Sales does not store full payment card details.
No Guarantee
EZR Sales does not guarantee sales results, item values, pricing outcomes, tax treatment, or business performance. The platform provides workflow tools only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZR Sales shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable project or subscription.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violation of these terms, or unlawful activity.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
