No-competition commitment: EZR Sales does not contact your clients, market to homeowners involved in your sales, or interfere with pricing or sale decisions. We provide structure behind the scenes — you remain the face of the sale.
Who is EZR Sales designed for?
EZR Sales is designed for established estate-sale companies, liquidators, and downsizing professionals who want cleaner structure and faster preparation. It works especially well for teams handling larger homes, multiple projects, or tight timelines.
Do we have to learn new software?
No. EZR is a structured workflow platform built around simple, repeatable tools. Most teams adapt quickly because the system supports the way they already operate — just with clearer structure and automation.
How does the photo process work?
You upload room photos into your workspace and trigger the workflow. The platform uses automated AI-assisted tools to generate structured draft entries inside your workbook. You review, edit, and finalize all inventory before use.
Do you set pricing for our items?
No. You remain fully in control of pricing decisions. The platform can organize items using your preferred tiers or categories, but all pricing and final approval stays with you.
How does the pilot work?
Most pilots cover 2–3 sales. The goal is to confirm workflow fit, measure time savings, and refine how your team operates within the system. Either side can stop at any time — there is no long-term commitment required.
How quickly does the system generate drafts after photos are uploaded?
Draft generation timing depends on project size and photo volume. Because the workflow is automated, you control when rooms are processed and when drafts are created within your workspace.
Do we have to label every item?
Not at all. Some teams label everything; others rely on room sheets and lists. EZR supports both approaches. The system is flexible so you can use labels when helpful and skip them when they are not.
Will EZR Sales contact our clients or market to homeowners?
No. EZR Sales does not contact your clients, solicit homeowners, or participate in your sales activities. Contractors operate their own businesses and maintain full control of client relationships.
Who owns the client relationship and data?
You do. Contractors retain ownership of their client relationships and business process. EZR provides workflow tools and stores materials only within the contractor’s designated workspace. We do not resell or repurpose client data.
Can the system adapt to our workflow (naming, rooms, categories)?
Yes. The structure is consistent, but the setup can reflect your preferred room names, categories, and operating style. During the pilot we help you configure the workflow so it aligns with how your team runs a sale.
Do you support multi-structure properties (garage, sheds, barns, etc.)?
Yes. Larger properties are common in estate sales. The system supports flexible room and zone organization to keep staging and sale-day preparation clear.
What if we only want to use the system for certain rooms?
That works well. Many teams use the platform selectively for high-volume or complex rooms while handling simpler spaces internally. You decide how broadly to implement the workflow.
How do we get started?
Start with a short pilot conversation. Tell us your typical project size and timeline. We’ll recommend a plan and outline how to begin using the platform.
